The 2nd Annual Portsmouth Paddle Battle will splash into the Elizabeth River in Olde Towne Sat., Sept. 10, 2022. The Paddle Battle will feature Kayak and SUP (paddleboard) racing from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. for racers of all levels, ages 16 and older.
