Congressman Ben Cline, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Virginia's 6th district since 2019, recently shared his thoughts and activities on social media. In a series of tweets, he addressed topics ranging from local town halls to national policy issues.
On November 26, 2024, Congressman Cline expressed his engagement with local constituents through a town hall meeting. He noted, "Last night, I had the great opportunity to speak with WHSV 3 before hosting my Harrisonburg Town Hall, where I spoke with hardworking Virginians about how I can best advocate for commonsense policies that work for them."
The following day, on November 27, 2024, Cline critiqued the Biden-Harris Administration's immigration policies. He stated, "With only 54 days before the Biden-Harris Administration departs from the White House, it’s doubling down on weakening critical immigration restrictions—a reckless, last-ditch effort to advance its open-border agenda. America deserves better."
Later that same day, Cline commented on regulatory policies affecting the construction industry. He remarked that "The construction industry is fed up with the crippling policies of the Biden-Harris Administration that have stifled growth over the past 4 years. President Trump will cut these excessive regulations to roll back this era of misguided policies." He emphasized a need for change by saying it is time to "rebuild America."
