Mandy Loy and The Juice Jar present Meows & Movement to benefit the SPCA of Winchester, Frederick, and Clarke. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at the link https://www.facebook.com/events/571522683601825/. All proceeds go directly to the SPCA. This will be a 60 minute gentle flow class that is purrfect for all levels. You will move, cuddle, support the animals, and maybe even take home a new friend!! Four sessions, the first Sunday of each month. December 1, January 5, February 2, and March 1. Sign up for one session or all 4. Sessions run from 2-3PM. 111 Featherbed Lane Winchester, VA.
