Of the 3,729 people living in Shenandoah Farms in 2020, 44 percent (1,640) were women and 56 percent (2,089) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Shenandoah News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 473. In the 65 and over age range, there were 106 females and 143 males.
