When you’re applying for a job, you want to find an organization that cares about your success as both an employee and a person.
Valley Health is that place. A vital resource for healthcare, we are the region’s largest employer, a dependable community partner, and a leader in clinical innovation.
At Valley Health, all employees have the ability to grow, thrive and learn—all while being competitively compensated in a culture of care and compassion. Providing our team members with an array of integral benefits is key in helping our workforce excel and succeed.
Some of our employee benefits include:
Competitive Salaries and Bonuses
We believe our exceptional team is the key to providing safe, high-quality care with high reliability. As experienced professionals, our team members often have a network of dedicated friends, family and colleagues who welcome the opportunity to work (and perhaps live) in a community like ours. That’s why we have an Employee Referral Bonus Program. Depending on position type, bonuses may be awarded up to $5,000 for BOTH the referring employee and the new hire being referred.
Valley Health is also now offering sign-on bonuses through June 30, 2022 for multiple positions. We hope that this bonus will provide extra incentive and set Valley Health apart from other organizations.
These sign-on bonuses are paid in two increments:
- The first half of the sign-on bonus is paid within 6 weeks of the first day of employment
- The second half of the sign-on bonus is paid within 6 weeks of the two-year anniversary of employment
Healthy U helps you live better and achieve your health goals. Simply, it helps you build a better, healthier you. Through the program, you can earn points for completing activities, such as attending annual physical exams and dental exams. Points are then converted into monthly rewards in 200-point increments, with an 800-point/dollar maximum for your Health Reimbursement Account.
Tuition Assistance
At Valley Health, we believe you never stop learning. To help you in your educational endeavors, we offer tuition assistance to all employees.
Currently, eligible full-time employees may receive up to $5,250 per calendar year, and eligible part-time employees may receive up to $2,625 per calendar year.
A Top-Notch Health Plan
When it comes to medical plans, we want you to have the best coverage—as well as a wide range of options.
