He stated that “Mexican cartels and Human smugglers are urging migrants, ‘Get in fast before Trump takes office!’ This is the chaos Biden’s border policies have unleashed—an outright invitation for disaster.” He further asserted that with former President Trump in office again, decisive action would be taken to secure the borders.
Later that day, on November 19, 2024, Cline questioned the accountability of the Pentagon regarding its financial management. He tweeted: “How can we trust the Pentagon if it can’t even account for what its 824 billion budget is spent on?” Criticizing the lack of transparency for failing to account for tax dollars seven times, he emphasized that taxpayers deserve better oversight.
